Learning a new skill at any stage of life promotes brain health. Creating art elevates spirits, and offers comfort and brightens even the shortest of our winter days ahead. Spending time with others as you learn art skills provides essential social interaction. (One of the key reasons we all join groups like NNN--social interaction is the key.)
