Share a true story from your life! All NNN members and volunteers and staffing their friends and family are invited to another storytelling event in Edmonds led by Member Eileen Weldon and her friend Joe. These are the guidelines to keep in mind:
• Be considerate of your audience, regarding topic and choice of words. If you think something you might say could offend someone, it may be best to leave it out of your story.
• Tell your story in 6 minutes or less. At 5 minutes, you will be signaled from the back of the room, reminding you to bring your story to a conclusion.
• During the event, if time permits, you could spontaneously step up and share a story from your life that suddenly comes to you. There's no pressure for everyone to share a story. We absolutely welcome people
who only wish to be in the audience.
